Take some time out...and remember to breath!


Whether you sit and take a few deep breaths, take a quiet walk in nature or meditate you will be able to achieve a feeling of relaxation which we all forget to include in our daily lives.

A suggestion for this moment: in a space you feel comfortable take away any distractions such as your laptop, mobile or the TV and sit down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and breath out. Continue breathing like this for a little. Begin to focus on your breath and enjoy the repetitiveness of it. Create an intention for yourself. For instance, an intention to relax your mind and your body. You could also repeat to yourself "I breath in peace and breath out love". Remember this moment can be as short as a minute. However much time you choose remember to breath.
