Reconnect with yourself...

Do you forget about who you really are?
Do you silence your truth for others?
If people, events and experiences change because you decided to remember and celebrate who you are and be and live your truth then so be it!
Your life is more fruitful, free and full of abundance when you are you! Be happy, spread your smile. When I see you smile and see the light you are connected to you remind me of it too. Then somehow, without no words we become connected, interconnected and create beautiful energy that can really change the world. Love is the only way, see it, nurture it and take care of yourselves using it.

An afternoon reminder...it is your choice.

Time to remember
No one makes you do anything you don't want to do.
You are in control.
You are the creator of your life.
Stop making excuses for what you are doing or not doing.
If you choose love, you make love.
If you smile, you choose this.
If you have a positive attitude, you choose this.
If you have a negative one, you choose this.
If you lie, you choose this.
If you cheat, you choose this.
No one makes you do these things.
You do it. So make choices that let you sleep at night, that bring a smile to your face, that make you happy and that show love and compassion to those you love.
When you moan more than you appreciate your life then its time to tell yourself some hard truths.
Live with love! If you don't know what this means to you then what a great opportunity to educate yourself in the art of being your loving self.

Client Time!

Meeting a client in a cool vibe!
One of the great things about coaching!
We can go on a coaching journey sitting in quiet places, busy places, walking and talking and when needed add a bit of play! ;)

London Love

Noticed a lot of love in London yesterday.
I saw romantic love, family love, friendship love, new love, old love, funny love, crazy love.
It was nice to see.
Because sometimes
we forget
we do not notice
But when we do
we appreciate the world more
the people in it
We remember
we are all born innocent
with love
Looking into a baby's eyes
will remind you of this
smile at them
they will smile back
How did we forget this?
What made our hearts so cold?
because LOVE
is not meant for one type of person
it is for everyone
already in everyone
in me
in you
So even if there isn't someone there
to stroke your face
dance in the rain with
grow old together
travel with
play with
Even if your heart has been closed
by fear
You are that love
touch your heart
close you eyes
breath
repeat the word
Love, love, love
Peace, peace, peace
Remember, breath
feel that connection
It is you
it is me
it is the universe
that is always moving with love
loving you
protecting you
It is there
Love is present...

Women who run with the wolves...

Women who run with the wolves...
By Clarissa Pinkola Estes
I have just started this recently but wanted to share it. The first few pages grabbed me.
"A healthy woman is much like a wolf: robust, chock-full, strong life force, life-giving, territorially aware, inventive, loyal, roving. Yet, separation from the wildish nature (the author defines this word in its original sense, which means to live a natural life one where the creature has innate integrity and healthy boundaries) causes a woman's personality to become meagre, thin, ghostly, spectral. We are not meant to be puny with frail hair and inability to leap up, inability to chase, to birth, to create a life. When women's lives are in stasis, or filled with ennui, it is always time for the wildish woman to emerge; it is time for the creating function of the psyche to flood the delta."
Through stories we reconnect and remind ourselves of who we really are and who we want and need to be.
