To sink
To float
To rise up
It's a choice
But there's an urge
to settle
Somewhere
Sometimes
down
to the depths
Of despair.
Darkness.
Numbness.
Pain.
Unknowing of what is to come
Paralysed.
Where is her courage?
Where is it now?
Without a helping hand
To direct the energy
She needs
From her soul
To empower her
Shell
Her vessel
The vehicle we all need to
Live
Love
Celebrate
Life
Settling is not an option
She takes control
pushes herself from
Her core
Her beginning
Her truth
To lift her up
breathing again
dreaming
believing
Living with heart again
To float
To rise up
It's a choice
But there's an urge
to settle
Somewhere
Sometimes
down
to the depths
Of despair.
Darkness.
Numbness.
Pain.
Unknowing of what is to come
Paralysed.
Where is her courage?
Where is it now?
Without a helping hand
To direct the energy
She needs
From her soul
To empower her
Shell
Her vessel
The vehicle we all need to
Live
Love
Celebrate
Life
Settling is not an option

Living with heart again
Life brings its hardships, suffering and pain. We usually see this as an external circumstance that happens to us. But it can be and a lot of the time is an internal battle. We try to find something or someone to 'save' us from what could feel like mental torture. But what we need is to remember we have it inside of us to save our hearts and minds from becoming clouded, enslaved by the limitations we create.
We need love, support and to be told it will be okay and we need to see and be given hope. So for those who are having a bad day/phase in their life or if this reminds you of something you experience remember that there is always hope.
If you have someone in your life who is in need make sure you read about what they are going through (no they can't just snap out of it) shower them with praise and focus on what they do that is great. Make each other know that no matter what it will get better. Come from a place of love.
Much love, from a heart that is still healing xx
